Postmarc offers products to sale, including all information, tools and services available from this Service to you, the buyer, conditioned upon your acceptance of The Customer Care and Return Policy and notices stated here.
If you don’t understand language of The Customer Care and Return Policy do not purchase our products. Postmarc will not be liable for misused of The Customer Care and Return Policy caused by illiterate or underage users.
By purchasing Postmarc products, you agree to be bound by The Customer Care and Return Policy, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. The Customer Care and Return Policy apply to all buyers of the Postmarc products.

Postmarc uses USPS Ground delivery service for shipments within the United States of America. Before purchasing our product please read carefully USPS and UPS return and Customer care policies because by purchasing Postmarc products, you agree to be bound by the USPS and UPS return and customer care policies.
After you purchased our product, The Customer Care and Return Policy may be modified and updated, therefore you are being obligated to read and accept The Customer Care and Return Policy before any new or additional purchasing.
Section 1.1 – Definitions
For the purpose of The Customer Care and Return Policy following definition should be understood as it follows:

Web pages, blog, website, information service provider, information society service provider, online service providers or intermediary – is a fixation of a collection of literary works of a journalistic nature, which may also comprise other works or subject-matter and constitutes an individual item within a periodical or regularly-updated publication under a single title, having the purpose of providing educational services and publishing research under the initiative, editorial responsibility and control of the Postmarc;
Web pages, blog, website, information service provider, information society service provider, online service providers or intermediary for the purpose of The Customer Care and Return policy are used interchangeably;
Commercial communication: any form of communication designed to promote, directly or indirectly, the goods, services or image of a company, organization or person pursuing a commercial, industrial or craft activity or exercising a regulated profession;
Technological measures - any technology, device or component that, in the normal course of its operation, is designed to prevent or restrict acts, in respect of works or other subject matter, which are not authorized by the rightholder of any copyright or any right related to copyright as provided for by law or the sui generis right provided in relevant law;
Relevant law – the law which may apply in the particular case;

Place of Business - the main or permanent branch office or fixed location for doing business of a seller;
Product. "Product" includes goods, whether tangible or intangible, real, personal, or mixed;
Repairs – means to restore by replacing a part or putting together what is damaged or broken and shall include;
Security – the process of implementing measures and systems designed to securely protect and safeguard information (business and personal data, voice conversations, still images, motion pictures, multimedia presentations, including those not yet conceived) utilizing various forms of technology developed to create, store, use and exchange such information against any unauthorized access, misuse, malfunction, modification, destruction, or improper disclosure, thereby preserving the value, confidentiality, integrity, availability, intended use and its ability to perform their permitted critical functions;
Legal capacity – the quality of a natural or juridical person necessary for their actions to have legal effect;

The company owns the Postmarc and ST33LE brands and offers an assortment of products ranging from sportswear, athletic wear, swimwear, lounge wear and accessories, and conducts its business through, retail, wholesale and online.

Certain products may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange. We will accept returns and exchanges for orders in the USA. We will not be able to accept exchanges for International orders. We can accept returns for International orders, but customer is responsible for all shipping, handling costs, taxes and duties to return the merchandise.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue sales of any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where prohibited.
Every customer who is purchasing our product is obligated to check the information about the price and the manner in which the price is calculated together with the total price, which includes the price of the product, discounts, taxes, duties, handling and shipping costs.

Personal data collected by using some of the available payments options will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. If you are using third party payment options, consult their privacy policy first before placing an order.
Section 1.4 – Refund, Return and Cancellation policy
For refund, return and cancellation policy, different rules apply when it comes to delivery to United States of America and abroad.
Point 1.1. Refund, Return and Cancellation policy within United States of America
As long as a product is not defective, our Return Policy will apply, as it is clearly disclosed here, and you are obligated to read it and accept it before buying our products. Defective merchandise must be accepted for return, and you have right to option between a repair, replacement item, or refund of the price.
Return Policy Conditions (USA Domestic):
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of invoice. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment;
Merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days of the date of invoice;
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of when your item arrives at our warehouse facility and will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. We will send an email notification once your return has been processed;
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges in the case of return, return for exchange and cancellation;
Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be credited or returned back to the customer;
All returned merchandise must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached and has not been washed or altered to be eligible for a refund or exchange;
All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging;
All sale or discounted merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or credit, if sent back, these items will not be credited or returned back to the customer;
We don’t accept returns of merchandise purchased from third-party retailers (Online retailers, Brick and Mortar retailers, specialty stores, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy;
We provide a UPS Ground pre-paid return label with each order for all US Domestic returns.
Point 1.1. International Refund, Return and Cancellation policy
Return Policy Conditions (International):
We are currently unable to offer International Shipping.
We do not offer free return shipping on international orders currently.
Section 1.5 – Warranties, Item delivery and Billing errors
Point 1.1 Warranties
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We use a professional photographer to represent the quality and the condition of the product in the best possible way. We also provide a specification of the product, suggested care instructions and a product description.
Point 1.2. Item Delivery
We will ship your order within the time period promised in our advertisement. If there is not a specific time stated, we will ship your order within 30 days of receiving your completed order, unless you have agreed to a delay in shipment.
If you pay by charge or credit card, the time period begins on the date that the seller charges the merchandise to your account.
If we did not send your order when promised, and you have not agreed to a new shipping date, you can cancel your order and get a refund.
We are using third party UPS Ground delivery service for shipments within the United States of America. The third party Customer Care and Return Policies are legally binding rules for the customer, and therefore every customer is liable to read and accept these rules before placing an order.
Point 1.3. Billing errors
If you find an error on your credit or charge card statement, you may dispute the charge and withhold payment on the disputed amount while the credit card company investigates.
To dispute the charge, contact your credit card company.
Billing error and charge dispute don’t revoke Postmarc Refund, Return and Cancellation policy.
Section 1.6 – Indemnification, Severability and Changes to the Customer Care and Return Policy
Point 1.1. – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Postmarc and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of the Customer Care and Return Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Point 1.2. Severability
In the event that any provision of the Customer Care and Return Policy is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Customer Care and Return Policy, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
30 Day Demand Letter
If you have any complain you are required to send us a letter 30 days before filing a claim in court. The letter must outline your complaint, the harm you suffered, and how you want the problem resolved. We will make a good faith response within 30 days.
To meet your legal obligations, use information provided in the Section 1.2. Identity of the trade, Geographical address and an Email address for complains - include the following information in your 30 Day Demand Letter:
Your full name and address
The description of the unfair or deceptive act or practice including all the unfair or deceptive practices claimed, the dates involved in the transaction, and any other important facts. If you know the regulation number of the regulation violated, you may wish to include it. However, you are not limited to written regulations or laws.
Clearly explain the injury you suffered as a result of the unlawful act.
The demanded relief including the amount of money you are demanding to recover.
Point 1.3. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Postmarc reserves the right to change the Customer Care and Return Policy at any time. You will only be notified either by email to your registered email address or by prominent posting on the Sites. It is your responsibility to make sure that you agree with the new Customer Care and Return Policy, whenever changes have been announced. Changes to the Customer Care and Return Policy will be effective 48 hours after the notice has been posted on the service. If you do not agree with the Customer Care and Return Policy, do not use our service and do not buy our products.”
