USA SHIPPING

Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders of $50 or more shipped within the continental USA and applies to Standard shipping orders only. The estimated delivery time for our Free Standard shipping is 5-7 business days via USPS Ground delivery service.

Orders placed after 3pm EST Monday to Friday are processed and shipped out on the next business day. We do not ship on official holidays and weekends.

The $50 threshold applies to merchandise only. Taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be at least $50 to qualify for Free Shipping.

Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

If you choose to ship Standard and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping only to those shipping destinations receiving more than $50 of merchandise. If an address is receiving less than $50 in merchandise, you will be charged for shipping accordingly. Some restrictions on shipping offer apply. Void where prohibited by law.

For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $8 for UPS/USPS Standard Ground shipping.

For expedited and overnight shipping, we have different options available. Please refer to the chart below for rates and delivery times.

We ship packages within the continental USA via UPS/USPS delivery service which provides a secure and easily trackable method of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do all we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for shipped and delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

USA RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, or exchange for a different size, color, or style.

All returned merchandise must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached, in their original packaging and have not been washed or altered to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within two weeks of when your item arrives at our warehouse facility and will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. We will send an email notification once your return has been processed.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges in the case of return, return for exchange and cancellation.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be credited or returned back to the customer.

All sale or discounted merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or credit, if sent back, these items will not be credited or returned back to the customer.

If for any reason you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, send it back within 30 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached, in their original packaging and has not been washed or altered. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition and packaging will not receive an exchange.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain current inventory levels, but sometimes we run out of stock. Should this happen, we will notify you if any item(s) cannot be fulfilled and will credit you the amount in the original form of payment.

Please note that we don’t accept returns of merchandise purchased from third-party retailers (Online retailers, Brick and Mortar retailers, specialty stores, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

Online returns cannot be accepted in our retail stores at this time.
